Cast Overlaminate
We currently offer two types of Cast Overlaminate; standard DOL 1000 Series and premium DOL 1000z series. The traditional DOL 1000 series offers the best protection against color fading, UV radiation, and abreasion which improves the durability of the image. They are both protective overlaminating films for digital printed images on flat or curved substrates. Thanks to a new formulation, our premium grade DOL1400Z Series offers improved transparency, outstanding elongation properties (up to 220%) and high printed durability: 6 years vertical and 3 years horizontal when used in combination with Avery Dennison MPI 1105 EARS.
Do NOT use combinations of Avery Dennison digital media and Avery Dennision DOL 1000 Z Series on corrugated or riveted surfaces.
