Job Description:
As an e-commerce business, Mbs does all of its business through the internet, thus getting online order. Your duties would be to:
- Process online orders that come in everyday
- Answering the phone to support the sales team if needed
- Greet customers who come in to pick up order in house
- Out-bound calls to customers to make sure questionable orders are indeed correct
